Draft your brief and create an account for free. Subscribe when you’re ready; we automatically set up your household and start researching your saved brief. You approve the search before scans begin.

  • 200 detailed review credits

    One credit starts a detailed listing assessment, including property checks and any AI review. A new assessment uses another credit. Interrupted or failed attempts can also use a credit.

  • 2 full planning sessions

    Each session starts a full agent planning attempt to research places and tradeoffs, with proposals for you to approve. Use one to start or rethink your search; interrupted attempts can use a session.

  • 8 scan starts, including weekly scans

    Weekly scans and scans you start share the same monthly allowance. They find matching listings in your approved search areas; detailed reviews use review credits.

  • One shortlist for your household

    Invite your household to share searches, compare reviewed homes, and keep saves and decisions in one place.

What happens if we reach a limit?
The household shares the monthly allowances. New work of that kind pauses until the next billing period. We do not automatically charge you for extra reviews, planning, or scans.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Your household owner can cancel in billing. New paid work stays available through the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you can still read your existing searches and reviews, save homes, and use your shared shortlist.
What homes will we see?
We research available listings in the US towns included in your plan. Availability varies by source and location. Reviews explain the evidence and the questions still worth asking; they do not replace your own checks with the listing agent and other professionals.
